Projects & Sample Apps
You can manage your projects from the FlutterFlow Dashboard page. From this page you will learn about how you can create a new project either from a blank app or by using a sample app. If you have an already existing project, you can duplicate, delete or leave a project (if you are a part of any Team).

Create a Blank New Project

A Blank Project gives you a complete empty canvas to start with. You can start building the page by dragging and dropping the UI Elements onto the canvas. Follow these steps to create a blank new project:
From the FlutterFlow Dashboard page select + Create Project.
Enter a Project Name, e.g. MyFirstProject.
Select + Create New from the Blank App.
If this is your first time using FlutterFlow, you will be taken to our onboarding screen. Here you can watch a brief introduction to FlutterFlow and complete a quick tutorial.

Create a Project from Template

You can choose a template present inside FlutterFlow while creating a new project. This gives you a basic foundation to get started building your app. Follow these steps to create a new project using a template:
From the FlutterFlow Dashboard page select + Create Project.
Enter a Project Name, e.g. MyTemplateProject.
Hover your mouse over the project you would like to use and select Use Sample.

Duplicate a Project

Duplicating a project helps to make a copy of an already existing project to use the same screens along with the functionalities to work on a new project. To copy a project, follow these steps:
Go to the FlutterFlow Dashboard by clicking the Home Icon from the Navigation Menu.
    Select the Duplicate Project icon
of the project you want to copy.
Enter a Project Name and click Duplicate.

Delete a Project

You can easily remove the unwanted projects from the FlutterFlow Dashboard. To delete a project, follow these steps:
Go to the FlutterFlow Dashboard by clicking the Home Icon from the Navigation Menu.
    Select the Delete Project icon
of the project you want to remove (only project owners will have this option).
A popup will appear, select Delete.
Once a project is deleted, it can not be recovered. Please only delete projects that you no longer need.

Leave a Project

If you are a part of a Team on FlutterFlow in which you are not the owner, then you will have an option to leave the project (the Leave Project icon will be available in place of the Delete Project icon). To leave a project, follow these steps:
Go to the FlutterFlow Dashboard by clicking the Home Icon from the Navigation Menu.
    Select the Leave Project icon
of the project you want to leave.
A popup will appear, select Leave.
