# Apple change requests

> This page is about FlutterFlow (the app builder you use by describing your app), not FlutterFlow Studio.

URL: https://docs.flutterflow.io/ffx/apple-requested-changes

When Apple sends a version back from review, fix your app with the agent or reply to Apple, and then submit the version again in App Store Connect.

When Apple sends a version of your app back from review, you either fix what Apple asked for with the agent or answer Apple in App Store Connect. Either way, you then submit the version again in App Store Connect. If you fix your app, send the fix to testers first so App Store Connect has a new build.

When Apple sends a version back, the **App Store** card on **Releases** shows **Apple requested changes to** followed by the version, such as **Apple requested changes to 0.1**, and **Needs a fix**.

<Mock name="apple-requested-changes-card" alt="The App Store card on Releases showing Apple requested changes to 0.1 and Apple returned version 0.1: rejected, with the Review step in amber, Needs a fix, and the Fix with the agent button." />

## Read Apple's request {#see-what-apple-asked}

Read Apple's feedback in App Store Connect first to see whether Apple wants a change to your app or an answer from you.

To see what Apple asked for:

1. Open **Releases › App Store**.
2. Select **Reply in App Store Connect**.
3. In App Store Connect, read Apple's feedback.

If Apple asks for a change to your app, [fix it with the agent](#fix-with-the-agent). If Apple asks a question or wants more information, [reply in App Store Connect](#reply-in-app-store-connect).

## Fix the issue {#fix-with-the-agent}

**Fix with the agent** starts a [thread](https://docs.flutterflow.io/ffx/glossary#thread) for the change that Apple asked for. FlutterFlow pre-fills the message box with a status line, such as "Apple returned version 0.1: rejected. Fix it in App Store Connect, then submit again.", but not Apple's feedback.

To fix your app with the agent:

1. On **Releases › App Store**, select **Fix with the agent**.
2. In the new thread, add Apple's feedback from App Store Connect to the message, and then send it.
3. Check the agent's changes, and then select **Push to your app**. See [Push](https://docs.flutterflow.io/ffx/push).
4. Send the fixed version to testers. A push doesn't put a new build in App Store Connect, but sending to testers does. See [Release an update](https://docs.flutterflow.io/ffx/release-an-update#send-the-next-version).
5. In App Store Connect, choose the new build for the version, and then [submit the version again](#submit-again). While Apple has the version sent back, you can't submit it for review from FlutterFlow.

## Reply to Apple {#reply-in-app-store-connect}

When Apple asks a question or wants more information, you answer Apple in App Store Connect, not in FlutterFlow.

To reply to Apple:

1. Open **Releases › App Store**.
2. Select **Reply in App Store Connect**.
3. In App Store Connect, reply to Apple's message.
4. [Resubmit](#submit-again).

## Resubmit {#submit-again}

Submit the version again in App Store Connect. Until you resubmit, the **App Store** card shows **Apple requested changes to** followed by the version number.
