FlutterFlow keeps the settings on this page in the browser you use, not in your account, so another browser or device starts with its own.

## Preferences {#preferences}

Preferences stay in the browser where you set them.

| Preference | Where you set it | Kept for |

| **Theme** (**Light**, **Dark**, or **System**) | The account menu. See [Change the theme](https://docs.flutterflow.io/ffx/tour#theme). | This browser, whoever signs in. A browser with no choice saved uses **System**. |

## Guides and notices {#guides-and-notices}

FlutterFlow remembers the guides, first-time messages, and notices that you've seen or put away only in the browser where you saw them.

## Unsent drafts {#unsent-drafts}

A message that you've typed in a thread but not sent stays in the browser where you typed it, and it doesn't follow you to another browser or device.

| Draft | What happens to it |
|---|---|
| Words in a [thread](https://docs.flutterflow.io/ffx/glossary#building-with-the-agent)'s message box | Each thread keeps its own draft. The draft stays when you leave the thread or reload the page, and it clears when you send it. |
| Words for a new thread | The app keeps one draft for a new thread until you send its first message. |
| Files that you attached but haven't sent | Kept only while the page stays open. Reloading the page removes them, and the words stay. |
| Words in the box where you describe a new app | Kept at most in this browser tab, so a new tab starts with an empty box. Files that you attached there are kept only while the page stays open. |
