## Where to look first {#where-to-look}

When you're stuck, look in these places first:

1. [The guides inside FlutterFlow](https://docs.flutterflow.io/ffx/tour#guides): short built-in guides to how FlutterFlow works. Open the main guide from **How FlutterFlow works** in the account menu (on a phone, in **You**), or open the area guide inside **Threads**, **Backend**, **Releases**, or **Connections**.

## Feedback isn't support {#send-feedback}

**Send feedback** sends a note directly to the team that builds FlutterFlow. It isn't a support request, so you won't get a reply. Open **Send feedback** from the account menu or the left bar (on a phone, from **You**).
