# Troubleshoot your account and plan

> This page is about FlutterFlow (the app builder you use by describing your app), not FlutterFlow Studio.

URL: https://docs.flutterflow.io/ffx/troubleshoot-account

Fix problems with your plan and account: a payment that didn't complete, paused agent access, usage that can't load, and plan changes made in Studio.

Use this page when a problem with your plan, payment, or [allowance](https://docs.flutterflow.io/ffx/glossary#teammates-plans-and-allowance) stops you from building. To view your plan and allowance on a computer, open the account menu and select **Plan & usage**. On a phone, tap your picture (if you don't see it, tap **Menu** first), and then tap your name.

## "Your {Plan} payment needs attention" {#plan-payment-needs-attention}

**What it means:** Your last plan payment didn't complete, so your account uses the **Free** plan until the payment goes through. Your bank might require confirmation, or you might need to update your card.

This message appears on **Plan & usage**, in the account menu, and at the top of the thread list on an app's **Overview**. On a computer, your current plan on **Plan & usage** shows **Payment incomplete**. On a phone, **Plan and usage** says "Your payment didn’t go through" and shows **Fix payment**.

**Fix it:**

1. To open Stripe's customer portal in the same tab, click **Complete payment** (on a phone's **Plan and usage**, tap **Fix payment**).
2. Complete the payment in Stripe to return to **Plan & usage**.

If your allowance is also used up, a thread shows "Your payment needs attention." on a computer, or "Your {Plan} payment didn’t go through" with a **Fix** button on a phone. For more information, see [Out of allowance](https://docs.flutterflow.io/ffx/out-of-allowance#payment-needs-attention).

<Mock name="payment-needs-attention" alt="Plan & usage with the card Your Pro payment needs attention, You’re on Free until payment completes, and Complete payment, and the current plan Pro marked Payment incomplete." />

## "Agent access is paused for your account." {#agent-access-paused}

**What it means:** While agent access is paused, the agent can't work for you in any app: the composer is closed, you can't answer the agent's questions or start a new thread, and clicking **Push to your app** opens a dialog without pushing.

In the thread list, any thread that the pause stopped shows **Stopped · Your agent access is paused.** On a computer, your allowance on **Plan & usage** shows **Paused** with this message. On a phone, **Plan and usage** shows **Paused**. Above the composer in a thread, the strip shows **Agent allowance paused.** on a computer, or **Your agent is paused** on a phone.

<Mock name="agent-paused" alt="A thread with the Agent allowance paused notice, its line Your threads are still here to read, and View usage, above the closed message box." />

While access is paused, you can still read your threads, but you cannot refill your allowance (**Refill now** on **Plan & usage** on a computer, and **Refill usage** on **Plan and usage** on a phone, are disabled).

## "Usage is temporarily unavailable" {#usage-temporarily-unavailable}

**What it means:** FlutterFlow couldn't check your allowance, so **Plan & usage** can't show how much remains or when it resets. The page says "We couldn’t check your allowance. We’ll keep trying."

**Fix it:**

- Keep **Plan & usage** open for a moment. The page retries automatically and clears the message when it reads your allowance.

If FlutterFlow can't check your allowance when you start a new thread, the composer says "We couldn’t check your allowance." Click **Try again** before you start the thread.

## Your plan says Manage in FlutterFlow Studio {#managed-in-studio}

You manage some plan changes in FlutterFlow Studio rather than in FlutterFlow. For those changes, the plan picker shows **Manage in FlutterFlow Studio** instead of the usual plan button, and a note such as "Your Agency plan is managed in FlutterFlow Studio." or "This plan is managed in FlutterFlow Studio." On a computer, if you're on Studio's Agency plan, your current plan on **Plan & usage** also shows **Manage in FlutterFlow Studio** instead of **Change plan**.

**Fix it:**

- Click **Manage in FlutterFlow Studio** to open Studio in a new tab.

For more information, see [One plan with Studio](https://docs.flutterflow.io/ffx/plans-and-studio).
