Cancel plan

Cancel your paid plan so that it doesn’t renew. Until the billing period ends, you can still keep the plan. You manage the Agency plan in FlutterFlow Studio.

Cancel

To cancel your plan, follow these steps:

  1. Open the account menu and click Plan & usage.

  2. Under Cancel, click Cancel plan.

The confirmation Cancel your plan? opens and says when your plan ends.

  3. Click Cancel plan.

A message confirms when your plan ends.

After you cancel

FlutterFlow and FlutterFlow Studio share one subscription, so canceling your FlutterFlow plan also ends the included Studio plan (for example, canceling Pro ends Studio Growth). When you cancel a paid-up plan, it remains active through the end of your billing period and then switches to Free. The cancellation dialog shows your end date, the Studio plan that ends with it (such as “This also ends FlutterFlow Basic.”), and any Studio team on that plan.

If your plan includes refills, you keep them until the plan ends, and then they end with it.

To move to a lower paid plan instead of Free, see Change plan.

Undo a cancellation

To keep a canceled plan before it ends, follow these steps:

  1. Open the account menu and click Plan & usage.
  2. Click Keep your plan.

A message says “You’re staying on your plan”, and nothing changes at the end of your billing period.
