Finish console setup
When you finish these tasks, each store has the answers that it checks before it reviews a version of your app.
FlutterFlow sends your store listing and your app’s store pictures to each store for you. The store’s own questions stay in App Store Connect and Play Console, where you answer them yourself.
First, create a developer account, connect FlutterFlow, and add your app for each store. See Launch checklist.
What’s left
Each store asks its own questions before it reviews a version, and you answer them in that store’s console.
| App Store Connect | Play Console |
|---|---|
| Age rating | App content |
| App Privacy | Data safety |
| iPhone screenshots | Screenshots and graphics |
| Price and availability | |
| Category | Category |
| Content rights | |
| Copyright |
Screenshots stay on the list until the store has them. Send your store pictures from Releases › Store listing, or add screenshots in the store’s console.
FlutterFlow doesn’t fill in these answers. It can’t check App Privacy or Google Play’s App content and Data safety forms, but it reads some other items back from the store, such as Apple’s age rating and each store’s screenshots, so you can see what’s left before review.
Make store pictures
Store pictures are the screenshots that the App Store and Google Play show above your app’s description. The agent makes them from your app’s own screens at 1320 × 2868, the App Store’s iPhone size. FlutterFlow fits each picture to Google Play’s shape when it sends them.
- Ask the agent for store screenshots in a thread. Or open Project Settings › Store pictures, select Make store pictures, and send the prompt that it writes in a new thread.
- In the thread, the Store pictures card shows the set. Select a picture to open it large and download it.
- Push the thread. Project Settings › Store pictures then shows the set, with Download all and Make a new set.
Check each store
The Before review list on a store’s page in Releases shows what that store still asks for before review, with a link into its console for each item that isn’t done.
-
Open Releases, and then select App Store or Google Play.
-
Select the Review stop. When your version reaches Review, the stop reads Before review, or how many items are left, such as 2 to finish. On Google Play, the stop shows the production access steps until you have production access.

For each item that isn’t done, select Open.
-
Answer the item in the console.
The App Privacy, App content, and Data safety rows never show a status, because FlutterFlow can’t check those forms. Complete them in the console before you submit.
Ad questions
If your app shows ads with AdMob, the Before review list adds an AdMob answers row. To see what to answer in the stores’ privacy forms, select What to answer. AdMob’s Store answers list the same answers. See AdMob.
Troubleshooting
- If the list says “Couldn’t load Apple requirements.” or “Couldn’t load Google requirements.”, select Try again when it appears.
