Account emails

You get the emails in the following table when you create an account or ask FlutterFlow for a link. Each one contains a link.

Email Sent to When it’s sent
Verification email Your sign-in email When you create an account with an email address and a password. FlutterFlow sends it again when you click any of the following: Resend email after FlutterFlow asks you to verify your email, Send verification in Account settings › Profile, or Verify email on an invitation.
Password reset email From the sign-in page: the address you enter. From Account settings: your sign-in email When you click Forgot your password? on the sign-in page, enter your email, and click Send reset link, or when you click Send reset link next to Password in Account settings › Profile.
Email change link The new address When you click Change email in Account settings › Profile (on a phone, tap Email), enter a New email, and click Send link. Your sign-in email changes when you open the link.

You must verify your email address before FlutterFlow sends your prompt or messages to the agent. See Create an account and Profile.

Password reset email

When someone who uses your app asks your app to reset the password of an email and password account, FlutterFlow sends a password reset email on your app’s behalf. The following table describes that email.

Sent to The account’s sign-in email
Sender name Your app’s name, unless you set a Sender name
Link Works one time and expires after 60 minutes

To change the sender name, reply-to address, link, subject, or message, see Password reset email.

Receipts

To find your plan’s invoices and receipts, see Billing and invoices.
