One plan with Studio
This page explains how your plan works in both FlutterFlow and FlutterFlow Studio.
A FlutterFlow Studio Basic, Growth, Business, or Agency subscription includes a FlutterFlow plan: Studio Basic gives you Basic, Studio Growth gives you Pro, and Studio Business or Agency gives you Max. Likewise, any plan you choose in FlutterFlow includes the matching Studio plan.
If you pay for multiple plans, FlutterFlow uses your highest tier and you manage the others in Studio. If payment fails on your highest plan, your threads fall back to the Free allowance even when a lower plan is paid up.
One subscription
FlutterFlow and FlutterFlow Studio share one subscription and one bill. Each FlutterFlow plan includes a matching Studio plan at no extra cost and bills under that Studio plan’s name (without the word “Studio”, such as Billed as FlutterFlow Growth):
| FlutterFlow plan | FlutterFlow Studio plan |
|---|---|
| Free | Free |
| Basic | Basic |
| Pro | Growth |
| Max | Business |
A Studio Agency plan maps to Max in FlutterFlow. A seat on someone else’s Studio team maps to Free.
Studio plan
To see your Studio plan, select Plan & usage in the account menu. Under Current plan, a line names the Studio plan that comes with your plan. To open Studio, click FlutterFlow Studio in that line.
In the plan picker, each plan shows which Studio plan it bills as, such as Billed as FlutterFlow Growth.
“Your FlutterFlow plan comes with you”
If your plan comes from a Studio subscription that you pay for, Plan & usage shows Your FlutterFlow plan comes with you. The note names the Studio plan that you pay for and the plan that it gives you in FlutterFlow. To hide the note, click Got it.
“You have two FlutterFlow plans”
If you pay for more than one Studio plan, on separate subscriptions, Plan & usage shows You have two FlutterFlow plans. If you have more than two plans, the title gives the number, such as You have 3 FlutterFlow plans. The note names the plan that FlutterFlow uses, and it says to manage the others in Studio.
Seats on a Studio team
A seat on someone else’s FlutterFlow Studio team covers Studio only. Without your own paid plan, your FlutterFlow account stays on Free and uses the Free allowance.
If you have a seat and no plan of your own, your plan on Plan & usage says “Threads here need a plan of your own.” To pick a plan for your threads, click Choose a plan. See Change plan.
Agency plan
You manage the Agency plan in Studio, not in FlutterFlow. If you’re on the Agency plan, your plan on Plan & usage shows Manage in FlutterFlow Studio instead of Change plan. In the plan picker, the other plans show Manage in FlutterFlow Studio with the note “Your Agency plan is managed in FlutterFlow Studio.”
Changes made in Studio
You make some plan changes in Studio. For those changes, the plan picker shows Manage in FlutterFlow Studio instead of the plan’s usual button, and a note gives the reason. For example, the picker shows the button in these cases:
- You’re on the Agency plan. The note says “Your Agency plan is managed in FlutterFlow Studio.”
- You’re on Max, and your Studio team pays for more than two seats. The Pro plan shows the button, and the note names your team and how many members it has in FlutterFlow Studio.
To make the change, click Manage in FlutterFlow Studio. For information about your Studio team, its seats, and the Agency plan, see the Studio docs (FlutterFlow Studio docs).
Canceling ends both plans
FlutterFlow and FlutterFlow Studio share one subscription, so canceling your FlutterFlow plan also ends the included Studio plan (for example, canceling Pro ends Studio Growth). When you cancel a paid-up plan, it remains active through the end of your billing period and then switches to Free. The cancellation dialog shows your end date, the Studio plan that ends with it (such as “This also ends FlutterFlow Basic.”), and any Studio team on that plan.
See Cancel plan.
