Your first change
In this tutorial, you ask the agent for one small change, review it before it reaches your app, push it, and verify it in your app.
What you’ll build
You change one color and one label in your app, and then push the change.
Start a thread
Ask for a change in a thread. The thread works on its own copy of your app, so the change stays in the thread until you push it.
In FlutterFlow, open the app that you’re building, and click New thread.
Ask for the change
Start with one small, specific change: ask for a color and a label on one screen.
-
In the “Describe a change…” box, name a button in your app and its screen:
Example request
“On the home screen, make the main button green, and change its label to “Get started”.”
-
Press Enter.
-
Optional: When the agent finishes, click Summary to see what it changed.
Review
Review the change in the Preview, Screens, and Changes tabs beside the thread before you push it to your app.
If the result isn’t right, describe what to fix in your next message in the same thread, and then check the result again.
Push
When the change looks right, push it to your app:
-
Wait for the agent to finish its turn, which enables Push to your app.
-
Click Push to your app above the message box.
-
In the Push these changes to your app? dialog, review the list of changes, and then click Push.
Push these changes to your app?The agent checks that everything still works, then adds them to Ledger. The main button on the home screen is green and says “Get started”Not nowPush
See the change in your app
After the push, check the change on Overview and on your app’s link:
- Click Overview, and check the new color and label in the preview.
- Click Share, and on the Link tab, click Open.
